CEO & Founder of TCTDC
Shawn, a proud Maywood native, retired from Navistar after 27 years of service. She is passionate about empowering youth to embrace their gifts and overcome life’s challenges with confidence.
Our History
TCTDC was founded on the backs of women that have had life experiences that taught them valuable lessons to share with their communities. We pride ourselves in pouring wisdom into our youth.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support youth's growth and development through various programs—like cooking, sewing, education, and community service.
